Thai Chicken Kabobs Holly recommends these delicious chicken kabobs as an appetizer or a main course on a bed of wild rice. Don't forget to soak the skewers for at least 10 minutes to prevent them from charring! You'll need: Marinate the chicken in a sauce of 30mL of soy sauce, 30mL of lime juice, 15mL of seseme oil with 1 clove of minced garlic, 5mL of sugar, 30mL of chopped coriander and 1mL of hot pepper flakes, combined. Cut the chicken into 1/2-inch wide strips. Allow chicken to marinate fo at least 30 minutes in the sauce at room temperature or longer if in refridgerator. Thread chicken onto skewers. Broil or grill for about 5 minutes turning once, brushing with marinate. Enjoy! |
