A. Yes, Traces can colour match to Pantone.

Q. Does Traces do rush orders?
A. Absolutely, Traces a reputation of being able to meet rush orders.

Q. Can Traces print my rock band's multi-colour logo on t-shirts?
A. For concert tickets, autographed cds, and backstage passes. We can even print up to 6 colours on T-shirts, sweat shirts, you name it, we can do it.

Q. Can Traces make me look smarter?
A. If getting the best darn screen printing delivered for the most cost effective price makes you look smarter, then we sure can!

Q. Will Traces print on materials I supply?
A. We can, but since we aren't familiar with the material we can't guarantee it.

Q. What hours are you open?
A. We're in the office Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Phone, fax and email are available 24 hours a day, everyday. Leave us a message and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Q. What is your minimum order on garments?
A. One piece. Sound good?

Q. Can you make me custom made garments?
A. Do bears go poop in the woods? If it's in our power, we'll make it for you.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. Cash. Cold hard cash. And Visa, MasterCard, Debit, and cheque with proper I.D.

A. Just ask!

Q. What computer files do you accept for artwork?
A. We're PC... so... jpeg or tif, Adobe Illustrator up to version 8.0, eps files or Adobe Photoshop. I can be confusing, so call if you're not sure. We're nice.

Q. Is there separate artwork or set-up costs?
A. Our quotes are usually inclusive of everything you need except the darn taxes. Please ask for a written quote to put your mind at ease.
